Payment Terms
All services provided by Ukiyo Solution are billed as per mutually agreed quotations, retainers, proposals, invoices, or contractual agreements. Payment structures may vary depending on campaign scope, service duration, deliverables, operational requirements, and client preferences. Flexible payment structures including monthly retainers, milestone payments, phased billing, quarterly payments, and customized commercial structures may be offered at the discretion of the company.

Advance Payments
Ukiyo Solution reserves the right to request advance payments before commencing services. Advertising budgets, influencer fees, creator payouts, production expenses, hospitality arrangements, travel costs, event expenses, software subscriptions, domain registrations, hosting fees, media buying costs, and third-party vendor charges are generally billed separately unless explicitly included in the agreed proposal.

Advertising budgets, influencer fees, creator payouts, production expenses, hospitality arrangements, travel costs, event expenses, software subscriptions, domain registrations, hosting fees, media buying costs, and third-party vendor charges are generally billed separately unless explicitly included in the agreed proposal.
Complimentary 15-Day Onboarding
New clients may receive a complimentary 15-day onboarding period during the initial billing cycle. This onboarding period is intended for operational setup, workflow alignment, access collection, campaign planning, strategic discussions, onboarding meetings, audits, and internal preparation. Complimentary onboarding does not include advertising spends, large-scale production activities, influencer payments, hospitality arrangements, or third-party operational expenses unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing, consulting, branding, advertising, production, influencer coordination, SEO, website development, and creative services, all payments made towards retainers, consultations, campaigns, production work, ad management, website development, SEO implementation, branding activities, and creative deliverables are generally non-refundable.
Any refund, if considered under exceptional circumstances, shall remain solely at the discretion of Ukiyo Solution and may be subject to deductions for work already completed, operational expenses incurred, vendor commitments, and administrative costs.

Advertising & Third-Party Expenses
Payments related to Meta Ads, Google Ads, influencer collaborations, creator bookings, hospitality arrangements, event coordination, production scheduling, travel expenses, media buying, vendor payments, and third-party operational costs become non-refundable once committed or processed.
Ukiyo Solution shall not be liable for losses caused by platform outages, creator cancellations, account restrictions, algorithm changes, poor campaign performance, or external operational limitations beyond the company’s control.

Cancellation & Notice Period
Clients must provide a minimum 60-day written notice for cancellation or termination of recurring retainers or long-term service agreements unless otherwise agreed in writing. During the applicable notice period, all outstanding dues, operational expenses, and ongoing service fees shall remain payable.
The company reserves the right to suspend services, pause campaigns, revoke access permissions, withhold deliverables, or terminate agreements in cases of delayed payments, non-payment, breach of contract, misuse of services, or abusive conduct.
Cancellation & Notice Period
Clients must provide a minimum 60-day written notice for cancellation or termination of recurring retainers or long-term service agreements unless otherwise agreed in writing. During the applicable notice period, all outstanding dues, operational expenses, and ongoing service fees shall remain payable.

Excessive revisions, scope changes, delays in approvals, or additional requests beyond the original agreement may attract additional charges.

While Ukiyo Solution strives to deliver commercially reasonable results, the company does not guarantee specific sales figures, bookings, lead quality, engagement metrics, follower growth, website rankings, virality, return on ad spend, influencer performance, or revenue outcomes. Marketing and campaign performance depend on several external variables including platform algorithms, competition, market conditions, operational quality, seasonality, audience behavior, and budget allocation.
